This is the perfect complement to your martial arts practice. It is designed to prevent common injuries that we see in our students from repetitive strain and over-use.

Fighting and fight sports can certainly take a toll on the body.


Through years of learning to fix common problems, we've come up with a program that fits the needs of our competitors as well as any athletes involved in strenuous or repetitive activity.

This class was created as a relaxing way to correct muscle imbalances, increase flexibility, and aid in the recovery & prevention of common sports related injuries.

We use a mixture of yoga, pilates, physical therapy and calisthenics to challenge you while correcting common alignment issues.

You don't have to be part of our martial arts academy to sign up. This class is open to everyone.

This class is focused on correcting muscle imbalances using body weight & stretch band exercises along with stretching techniques.

Incorporating Yoga and Pilates elements, this class may improve your flexibility.
